Responsibilities
•Provide technical support to all employees. •Manage and maintain company's technological equipment, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones. •Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware on company devices. •Manage all software licensing. •Train staff on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services. •Ensure that company devices interconnect with file servers, email servers, and financial systems seamlessly. •Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs. •Work with other IT professionals to ensure upholding IT standards. •Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
