What you'll do
- The Project Support report to Head of IT and offers assistance to higher management in the IT Organization.
- Responsible for facilitating, planning and supporting Global and Regional IT meetings, including agenda, presentation coordination, meeting minutes.
- Ensures communication planning for the Corporate IT team on all official Veoneer internal channels.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Corporate IT teams, prepare on demand reporting for higher IT management.
- Offer administrative support, organize meetings and POs support for higher IT management.
- Manages reporting of Critical Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators for Corporate IT performance.
- Interact closely with IT teams and work across diverse teams supporting multiple stakeholders, internal and external vendors
