IT Warehouse Assistant – join our global IT team
We are on the lookout for a warehouse assistant that can manage our IT inventory – from smartphones to headsets and PCs.
You will be part of a great team of 3 IT supporters at Coloplast’s headquarters in Humlebæk. And you will get a key role in keeping track of our IT stock.

Join Global IT
As part of Global IT at our headquarters, you will join our IT Pitstop team with 3 dedicated IT supporters. Together, we manage our IT set-up and provide daily support to IT users across Coloplast on issues related to printing, computers, smartphones, MS Office, etc.
Keep track of our IT inventory – and help our users
You will divide your time between our warehouse and the IT Pitstop, where colleagues from across HQ can stop by to get hands-on assistance with IT issues.
As part of a large multinational company, we set high demands for IT quality – and we hope you can contribute to setting the same standards for our IT warehouse. More specifically, you will:
Check inventory levels and ensure that orders from our users are fulfilled
Make sure our IT inventory is properly labelled, stored and tracked
Pack and label IT equipment for shipment to global Coloplast sites
Keep the IT Pitstop area clean and tidy – and get rid of waste materials like cardboard and plastic
Assist your team with basic IT support tasks, such as resetting smartphones or preparing a PC for a new user – we will show you how
And the working hours? You will work full time from Monday to Friday, always during the daytime – and you will have the weekends off.

You have warehouse experience – and are curious about IT
You are a service-minded person who enjoys being in contact with many different colleagues and nationalities during the day. You know how to keep track of all our IT equipment – and make sure we always have the right stock available. Moreover, you:
Have experience from a warehouse job
Are curious about and have an interest in IT
Are keen to work with our Service Management Tool to manage the inventory in the IT warehouse
Speak and write English and Danish
