PURPOSE
The main purpose of the Technology Change Control Risk Analyst is to analyse and assess potential risks to the organization and Bankservafrica clients as a result of Technical, Application and infrastructure changes to be implemented within the BankservAfrica environment. Compile and evaluate risk reporting in support of the Change Advisory Board and Change Management Processes.

- Fulfil the role of Risk Champion for Systems Operations Management
- Maintain Systems Operations Management(SOM) Risk Register
- Ensures that all agreed and committed internal and external audit review action items are resolved
- Ensure Risks are reported and tracked to closure.
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Perform Technology Risk Assessment, Analysis and provide recommendations
- Promote adherence to change process by providing an integrated approach to risk management within Technology Change Management
- Ensure compliance with relevant Policies & Procedures
- Reviewing the change implementation process and procedures
- Stand-in for Change Manager as and when required.
- Manage and prepare monthly KPI/SLA/ICT/Divisional reporting
- Perform weekly and monthly Trend Analysis
- Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk
- Conduct Post-Implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request
- Evaluating Requests for Change (RFCs), the available resources, impact of change, and organizational readiness. Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact
- Validating that appropriate tests and evaluation are performed before high-risk changes are approved
- Chair the monthly Stakeholder and Division Risk Sessions
- Highlight missing/incomplete Configuration Items identified during Risk Analysis to the Asset Configuration Administrator and Change Administrator
- Chair the CAB meetings as and when required.
- Ensure continuous service improvement plans are performed
- IT Technology diploma/ degree
- ITIL Certification in IT Change/Release Management
- Risk Management Certification

- CMDB and Architecture experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
- ICT Technology Auditing (Advantage)
- Payment’s industry experience
- Financial institution experience
