Position : Customer Service Representative
Reporting To :Supply Chain Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for processing of sales orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor and execute sales orders, from the initial stage of sales orders to the final stage of deliveries to customers, including preparation of sales quotations, processing work orders, delivery orders, invoices and all other correspondences.
- Working with warehouse to ensure customer requirements related delivery are comply
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure all customers’ orders and delivery requirements are fulfilled
- Collaborate with Accounts Manager/ Business Manager to address and resolve customer issue, e.g: customer quotations, price
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues and problem.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by management.
- Assisting other CSR in their absence (eg: on leave or maternity leave, etc).
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service /order processing. Candidates with more experiences can be considered for senior roles
- Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Good communication skills; able to communicate professionally with external customers and internal colleagues
- Computer literate
- Ability to work both independently and as a team-player
- Some prior experience in logistic is a bonus but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
