Working Hours: From 9am - 12am (8 hours only) Rotational Shift **No Shift after 12:00am**
Working Days: 5 Days in a week ( On rotational includes Weekend} / Off Days: 2 Days (On Rotational)

Job Responsibilities:
· Handling inbound call/email/chat support in a timely manner.
· Perform the required call verification process prior updating customers' information or providing account information.
· Identify and handle customers' enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.
Job Requirements:
· Min SPM/STPM with 6 months working experience in Customer Service or Call Centre.
· Open for fresh graduate without experience
· Proficient and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
· Team player and cooperative.
· Applicants should be Malaysian.
