your daily tasks

it is a very important position from our organisation's point of view, your main task is to acquire new clients, build lasting relations with them, get to know them and bring recruitment projects to the organisation, which are then implemented by the delivery department

working with us, you will be responsible for:

  • finding and building relationships with new clients
  • working with clients and projects on a day-to-day basis in a variety of areas
  • nurturing long-term relationships with them
  • building trust and expertise in the relationship
  • supporting the selection and matching of the best candidates
  • sometimes conducting initial interviews
  • being the main point of contact for clients

your skills

  • at least 4 years' professional experience in selling recruitment or services or products, preferably in the IT field
  • proficiency in managing the sales process for business services
  • a high level of quality and accuracy in carrying out the tasks delegated
  • work to specific targets with changing deadlines
  • excellent organisation of your timetable in full cooperation with your team
  • ability to set and implement tasks and work on priorities
  • building a secure and stable client portfolio
  • a good command of English and any additional language would be an asset
  • proficiency in the nuances of both the recruitment and recruitment industry
  • perseverance in pursuit of your goals
  • ability to adapt to a changing market and world
  • willingness and a positive attitude: yes, it can be done
